The Light That Shines In The Darkness

It doesn’t take much to see that things are not quite right in the world.
In the last few years, families have been divided, friends departed, and jobs lost.
Not to mention wars and rumours of wars.
It can be stressful, overwhelming, and even devastating. The Bible tells us:

That which has been is what will be,
That which is done is what will be done,
And there is nothing new under the sun.

Ecclesiastes 1:9 NKJV

Through our study of the Bible, our relationship with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and counsel by the Holy Spirit, we have great comfort in understanding God’s plan for His Creation and children.

Welcome To Our Assembly

Westbank Bible Chapel is a body of believers meeting since 1974. Though West Kelowna has changed over the years we’ve stayed true to our mission of a traditional bible teaching assembly. We’ve never wanted to make a name for Westbank Bible Chapel, but rather to honour and spread the word of Jesus Christ.

Today we remain Christ-centered as we unapologetically teach the bible as it’s supposed to be. We’re all sinners who’ve fallen short of the glory of God. We’re in need of a saviour, which our God has provided.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world,
but that the world through Him might be saved.

John 3:16-17
