Fireside Friday: The Law or The Lamb

It must be so frustrating to try to build a righteous life out of shadows, as this young Jew discovered! That’s the issue for sincere Jewish people. The lambs offered couldn’t take away sin; the priests themselves were sinners. The Sanctuary was closed to them. But when Jesus came, He changed everything. The New Testament was written by Jews—but Jews who sought until they found that the answer to life was not in the Law but in the Lamb.
