Mini-Message Monday: Here’s a Great Tip!

Mini-Message Monday: Here’s a Great Tip — Our family coat of arms has a one-word motto: Generositate, meaning “By Generosity.” It derives from the Latin, meaning “of noble birth.” The same root is used for words like genesis, gentry, and genealogy. The idea is that a person who is born to privilege should use his or her resources generously to enrich the lives of others. Like the French, noblesse oblige, it means “nobility obligates.” As the high-born children of Heaven’s royal family, we have the privilege, yes the duty, to act generously with our words, time, talents and material blessings so as to speak well of our King, who gave His all for us.
