Accepted in the Beloved

Treavor Kamstra explores the biblical truth that Christians are transformed by God’s grace, not by striving for perfection. Looking at passages such as 2 Corinthians 3, Romans, and Ephesians, he challenges the idea that our acceptance before God depends on our performance. Instead, believers are already accepted in Christ, justified by faith, and empowered by God’s grace to confront sin honestly and grow “from glory to glory.”

This message reminds us that spiritual maturity is a lifelong process. Rather than living in denial, pride, or condemnation, Christians can rest in the finished work of Christ, experience His transforming grace, and encourage one another to walk more closely with Him. It’s a powerful call to exchange perfectionism for grace and to find lasting confidence in the love and acceptance found in Jesus Christ.
