Fireside Friday: A Word Fitly Spoken

No question that the Word, like a sword, has a point to it. But sometimes people need to hear a little word from heaven that looks appetizing, not apologetic. “Oh, taste and see…” If we spent more time thinking about the soul hunger of those around us, we might be able, with the Helper’s aid, to come up with a serving of truth that looks like delicious fruit offered in a very appealing way. Or so the wise man thought. Here’s a story that proves his case.
