The Vessel-Maker stooped, gathered up the dust and formed Adam, then filled him with life. The result? We are “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Ps 139:14). But the vessel was marred. So the Lord became the Vessel-Remaker. We can’t see the finished product yet, but don’t be surprised if, in glory, we say again, but with even greater amazement, “I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully REmade; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.”
