It’s called the handoff. No time to fumble! And who wouldn’t agree that when Moses was instructed by the Lord to transfer his role as leader of God’s people to Joshua, it was one of the biggest handoffs in history. The conquest of the land and the ordering of the tribes set things up for the kingdom and eventually for the coming King. But we have handoffs, too.
